This is URL filtering approach by amsbctech. It comes in 2 versions cloud based and an on premise software. The cloud based software database is maintained by amsbctech and on premise software database must be maintained by company integrating URLFiltre on its premisis.

URLFiltre is a software which filters blocks / allows URLs in web browser. I starts with a seed database and increases the database as usage of software increases. Users can report urls to be blocked by URLFiltre which gets blocked then.
