About

Tiamat Labs is a product team in Germany, led by three of us. One marketer who spent 25 years launching other people's software and got tired of it. One vibe coder who ships a feature before the rest of us have finished discussing it. One full-stack engineer who has been doing this long enough to know which of those features will hurt in six months. That last part is not a joke about the second part. It's why our repos have LoC budgets, a lint regression gate and a written test strategy. The rails let the fast half stay fast without leaving a mess. The code is open, check it. We build tools for how people actually work. Mostly open source, mostly self-hostable, hosted in Germany when we do. Self-funded, no investors, no growth targets that require pretending.

Kepos - Shared memory for teams and their AI agents

Most AI memory tools give one agent recall. Most team wikis give humans a shared doc. Kepos does both: multiple AI agents and humans read/write the same memory in real time, with git-backed version history — nothing silently overwritten — and self-enforcing learnings, where a correction recorded once gets automatically blocked from recurring. Memory that behaves like code, not a mutable blob.

Meetropolis - Virtual Office - Open-source virtual office for Remote Teams - Multi Tenant

Walk through your office as an avatar, bump into colleagues in the hallway, and start a conversation on the spot. Like a real office, only better. Meetropolis is a 2D office your team leaves open all day. Walk up to someone and the call starts, walk away and it ends. Spatial audio, video, maps you build yourself. With In-Room Screen Sharing. Self-host it (AGPL-3.0 + MIT) or use our hosted version in Germany.
