Trivvy is so easy to use for employees without a computer or desk - it allows them to provide feedback via pure text message. On the admin side, I receive not only the results in an easy-to-digest format, but also actions that I can tailor and share back with the employees. No other tool does that, and one of the biggest gripes our people had previously was not feeling like their feedback mattered. This is a game changer!
