I suspect for this to be truly useful to large organizations, it needs to be deeply integrated with existing CRM tools, and have prebuilt steps/templates to make segmenting data decisions more intuitive. What are your thoughts?

How do you deal with bot & spammer behavior (such as referral spam)? Users acting across devices and tabs? Double counting?

Great idea, but you open yourself up to some legal risk, by saying explicitly that you're building someone's idea, they may expect some financial compensation, especially since there is no inherent consideration in a terms of service.
