Hey everyone just launched something I've been building for the past few months and wanted to share it here.
The problem: Service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, cleaners, painters, landscapers) do great work but are terrible at following up with customers. They never ask for reviews, never remind people to rebook, never ask for referrals. It's all manual or it just doesn't happen.
What CraftBoop does: After each job, it sends an automated 5-email sequence to your customer thank you, review request, check-in, rebooking reminder, referral request. You add the customer once and it handles the rest.
Why it matters: The difference between a service business with 10 Google reviews and one with 100 usually isn't quality of work it's whether they systematically ask. CraftBoop makes it automatic.
