As others have said, it seems fine until your user base climbs. Then performance issues make it unusable. literally. Awesome place to build a wireframe and for your first 100 users, but start building somewhere else once you launch.

If they add push notifications to SMS, they get a 5.
Stop with the nonsensical work arounds (google tags in hidden images I'm looking at you) and just use Notionlytics.
Edit: Okay, they get a 5. Responsiveness is right on and they really are listening.
