I'm new to using folk but I'm loving it!! Honestly, I've been searching and trying so many CRMs trying to find one that comes close to what I need - well, I've found that in folk!! I appreciate how simple it is to use and how easily I can find any info I need. Super keen to hear more about the AI Follow-ups - sounds like a game-changer already!!

Thankfully, I stumbled onto this gold mine of a newsletter from @tomorbach - lots of useful stuff for literally anyone (I'm a small business coach and I found lots of ideas!) so you techy types will go nuts over it! Highly recommend :)
