Congrats on the launch and goog luck! I really like this app, it's super easy to use and for sure very helpful for people who wants to start exercise but don't know how, or just struggling with creating their own workout plan. You can just simply choose, which muscles you want to train today and gives you a plan, awesome! How are you planning to develop your product?

I've started to use Monday one and half year ago. Setting up the workspace to meet our work flow was quite challanging in the beginning, but when I've learned all the options it started to be really helpful project management system which I can't imagine working without now. You just need to find your way, and if the first try doesn't suit you, there is always different way. It's easy to use, nice design, flexible and has cool automations.
