I am highly motivated and seasoned, with a proven track record of managing entire project engagements from start to finish, directly interfacing with clients, and creating and maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverables. My experience includes automating client processes and enhancing applications on the Archer platform, preparing detailed design documents, user manuals, and UAT processes, and leading a team of 10 professionals. With a deep understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Cobit, Risk Management, and CISM, I have conducted multiple training sessions internally and externally across various organizations.
