It is the first time ever that I saw a website that gives you the exact recipe of “fara” from my state of Chhattisgarh. It is a unique and much needed platform to know the authentic flavor of dishes belonging to different states without any foreign influences. Though “Chana bhaji” is different from what is mentioned in it. But, yes all the dishes are there that we love. Great work.
