I am a long time user of Make.com (formally Integromat) and like it very much. For long time I was looking for an alternative and I stumbled upon this. And I am happy that I gave it a try. It has got lot of integration and there are many which are in their road map including chatGPT. Their support is terrific and community is active and supportive as well. One thing which I am missing in this tool is easy to use and visual UI. Make.com has great visual workflow and I am so much use to that. I struggled a little to adjust with UI but tutorials and help of support team, I am at ease now. But I would definitely like a more visual workflow and easy to navigate UI. Rest overall I am very happy with the tool.
