- Swiggy is the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about ordering food.
- I use Swiggy so often that I don't call it ordering food anymore. It's now called 'Swiggy-ing' food.
- I use it regularly, about 3 times a week, for ordering both food and groceries.
- Amazing UI. Everything seems intuitive and doesn't require much time to get used to.
- Great customer support, especially the chatbot. Seems very responsive, and I get my resolution quickly.
