You can't remove them directly, but you can do all that @shannon_maloney suggested. If the reviews are violating the Google review policies this will be easy. Just pick the right reason for the reporting: https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7400114

Get in touch with your audience. Join groups where they are or even create a group of your own that they can join. If you do things right you'll grow sympathy, engagement and eventually devotement.

Did you note the reasons that your friends mentioned for switching to Android? I find the price to be the main one. Flexibility, customization and the ability to have open two windows at the same time should follow.
It's easier to make the shift when you're using only one device. In your case you're tied to the ecosystem and the comfort of a known environment.
