I'm a product manager from Sweden, splitting my time between Spain and Sweden. For years I've worked on digital products (digital signage, time-tracking, healthcare), always on the product and design side, owning what gets built and why alongside the developers who build it. In June 2026 I suddenly found myself out of work. Instead of only job hunting, I decided to finally build an idea of my own. With no coding background and no dev team, I used AI as my development partner and shipped Gate 90, a football travel app, in two months. It's the first product I've taken from idea to live on my own, every product and design decision mine, built hands-on with AI. Proof of what a non-technical product person can do solo right now, and the most fun I've had working in years.
