Great work on this book. Just purchased the book, but ran into a few issues with the PDF. Most of the links appear to be broken or aren't working. It fails when it redirects to your website, email newsletter page appears for almost all the links. Mainly an issue if someone opens the links from acorbat. Appears to be working in Preview.app on macOS. Not sure if it's an issue with your referral...
