During my career, I have used many project management tools from Atlassian, to Asana, to Trello and now Linear. I would say that the best thing I see in a product is the simplicity to see through and a frictionless user experience. Products are very much like coding frameworks, how they are designed will subconsciously change how you think, and the way Linear is designed is very much alike to how we work, so it is quite easy for us to adopt and be comfortable using without much hassle.
