I think this is a fantastic idea for a product - especially as an app. Some people are fortunate to have breast feeding walk in clinics in their neighborhoods, but they are a tiny minority. Agree that social, portfolio platforms are a nice place to start for recruiting. Pros: Useful way to get information all in one place when looking for candidates for a specific role. Cons: Time consuming. Need a way to filter out those who are definitely not interested in new opportunities. Need support for remote hiring.

Really excited to see where this goes and I have a lot of confidence in the team behind Exchange Marketplace Pros: Fantastic marketplace idea where engineers can help engineers to land competitive jobs. Cons: I want to know why it is more effective than using a traditional tech recruiter (especially with the ISA arrangement)
