I'm a software developer at heart and a part-time hippy nomad at soul. Currently working on my vision for the new working world of today: Aiding and empowering employees and employers at embracing location-independent hybrid working models for the new working world of today. What is the optimal balance between work and life? How much homeoffice do we want and how much office action do we really need? Which rules are necessary for productive collaboration and which ones are mere historical remnants without real justification? The way we work is currently undergoing a big transition. Each challenge on the way is just waiting to be resolved - with an increase in life quality waiting down the line.
