I have been with them for a year or so, and they have gotten better and better. One major issue that I have is their "scheduling" in combination with "manual review". Articles are scheduled first and then open for manual review. However, that means that if I do not review quickly then the scheduled time may have passed and there is virtually no way to reschedule. I'd prefer it the other way...
