We're in the process of switching all our Automations from Make to Albato and the support has been superior, they are super fast to respond to all our questions when learning the platform and it's been very simple to set things up. They are also a fraction of the cost which is a plus! If I could have my own way, I'd layout the Dashboard a little different to show more information, but overall the platform is solid and they are aggressively releasing updates which tells me they'll be a big player in the automation space soon! 5 Stars from me
