I wanted to create something that took public event data and created beautiful flyers for them.

I've been using LLMs to ask therapy questions and I was finding that they were decent if I could give them the right context. This app was born from not wanting to repeat entering the context every time.

I built Bid Bench because I watched talented General Contractors spend 60-80% of their week acting as data entry clerks instead of building. We evolved from a simple file storage tool into an automated parsing engine once we realized the real nightmare was trying to manually "level" messy PDF proposals in Excel.
