Both, but I don't like labeling it or being locked into a specific way of working (like 2 days a week in the office). I get tired of always being at home and want to go into the office, and I get tired of the commute so want to work from home. Some weeks I'll work from home, some weeks from the office, some weeks both. My start-up is in this space and I've worked with 100s of companies who all...

Generating leads from social media/blogs/article. Really basic things like where best to post. Still trying to figure it out.

Before the pandemic i've always worked in an environment that would now be described as a "hybrid model". It was always difficult to know who would be in the office and if there would be anywhere to sit. As it quickly became apparent that this would be the norm I decided to build a digital Whereabouts board that we had in previous jobs (though it was on a whiteboard). From that inital idea we...

I'd say on average about 10 hours a week. Given they're outdoor things I spend more time on them in summer than i do in winter.
How much time do you spend on hobbies?

- start pulling together our brand plan (no idea where to start there). - publish an update to the MS Store, which has already been approved 👏 - Try and make 2 backlinks a day, already done my two for Monday. Then there's the usual BAU work and progressing the ongoing super epic.

Got _loads_ of demo's booked in, usually, we do a few a week but for some reason, we're booked up today and one day next week. #humbleBrag :D
Whats the best thing that happened to you this week ?

I think change improves productivity, be it more money, a new project, a new job, or a new working environment. But when we get used to it, productivity returns to normal. You could try different co-working spaces, a week where you shift your working day by a few hours and do something different in the morning
Has remote working made anyone a little less productive than before? (working in an office)

A tool to make hybrid working work better. There seems to be an obsession with hybrid working and a need for desk booking which is making the office the focus whereas the real focus should be the people. But this week I'm building a new reporting dashboard with some commonly requested charts while thinking about (and putting off) AD integration.
What are you currently building? ⚒️

Yeah, whenever I can. Priorities are family and friends but any downtime I try to get through a couple of bug tickets or tidy up tasks.
Do you work on week-ends?

Both. Loom is great for doing short guides, and then doing a transcript (not word for word but a guide following the video) once you've recorded it is easy. Then you have two pieces of content to publish instead of one :D
Video or written content? How do you prefer to read product help guides/documentation? 🛠

Build it with someone, but have your own areas you work on. Otherwise, I find you either clash or get hung up on trivial details. And start with the most minimal of MVPs

I would have thought there would have been a couple of people opting for the office environment - unsurprised by the majority of people opting for a hybrid model though. My startup is in this space, we've spoken to 100s of companies and seen the problem comes when people are told what to do such as "minimum 3 days in the office" (vs. "major team events in the office" which people are typically...
