Andrew Byer, Attorney, was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, in 1962, and benefited from a multicultural childhood due to his Italian immigrant mother. This unique upbringing, which included time spent living in Italy, instilled in him an early appreciation for diverse cultures, shaping his future endeavors in international law. Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1984, and further broadened his global perspective through a summer program in France. After earning his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1987, Andrew began his legal career in South Florida.
