
The product was okay but not really for serious business — there’s always something off when making a video. I didn’t even use my credits, but Creatify kept charging me because I didn’t realize my subscription was still active. As a busy person, it’s easy to forget, but they refused to give me a refund even though I wasn’t using it. Very frustrating.
