One trick that I started to do is to have walking meetings. Even with or without a dog, it's a good opportunity to talk to others in a new environment, breaking the routine, especially if you don't have to present anything during the meeting. With modern phones and headsets, the noise isolation levels are surprisingly good!

Depends on the topic and the size of the audience. If it's a bigger team, it's useful if everyone can write down their thoughts before a common get-together, and then ideate in a video call, preferably using some collaboration tools, like Miro.

It's important to have very similar routines for a home office day as for an office day. Dress up in similar clothes, maybe go for a morning walk, and when the work starts, preferably work from a different location where you're usually at. Nougat-sized videos if it's something specific, otherwise written content. Written content still has a lot of advantages over the video format, the one standout for me is searchability. On the other hand, it's much harder to update video content in case of product updates.
