We've been on board since the beginning and it's fun to see how positively the tool is developing.

Very good UX. But also very comprehensive, so that you have to learn very time-intensive. Unfortunately, so far Europe and our data protection regulations are very strongly disregarded. This is a pity and I would like to see a "Europe only" setting (exclusive location of the data).
