Has anyone actually replaced support tickets with AI chat yet?
I’m curious how far teams have really gone with AI support. Are you still using chat mainly as a helper alongside tickets - or has AI actually reduced your support volume in a meaningful way? Would love to hear: • What tools are helpful • Where human support is still unavoidable Trying to understand what’s real vs hype right now.

Congratulations on the launch ! With a clean and easily understandable UI, I'm pretty sure the product is going to help brands build their story effectively. Kudos to the team for empowering content creators to easily communicate their ideas.
