The winner is chosen by split vote: half commissioner, half ranked-choice peer vote among creators. Payment settles instantly over Bitcoin Lightning. 1% fee. No gatekeepers, no algorithms, no subscriptions. We launched with five short film commissions, $100 to $1,000, open to anyone using any tools including AI. Submissions close March 23.
