Analog Protocol

Prototyping "Safe Mode" for humans.

About

Tech professional and 2x layoff survivor. I realized that standard career advice is often just a software patch for a hardware crash. My goal is to build 'The Analog Protocol'—a series of manual, paper-based systems designed to help people stabilize during professional downtime. No apps, no noise, just logic. I'm currently prototyping v0.1 to see if a systems-thinking approach can help others break the burnout loop.

Analog Protocol (v0.1) - A hardware-level reboot for the human brain after a layoff.

Standard career advice is a software patch for a hardware crash. When you are laid off or burned out, you don’t need a networking event—you need a hard reset. Analog Protocol (v0.1) is a manual, paper-based system designed to force your brain into "Safe Mode" so you can stabilize before you try to reboot into a job search. This prototype includes a 48-hour "Cooling Protocol" and a "System Recovery Schematic." No apps, no screens, just logic to help you function when you can't think straight.
