Intercom
Lots of great features under one umbrella, but legacy pricing is complicated and adding new features sometimes involves an expensive upgrade that comes with a lot of unnecessary, seemingly unrelated features. I've used Intercom for c/s support, help center, and outbound and would recommend it.

Screenflow is pretty simple to learn and has some decent features, but is a little clunky and crashed too often.
Snagit by TechSmith
I've used Snagit for many years and prefer it to all other screenshot apps I've used. It has robust enough editing tools to rule out the need for a second app for basic changes. Sharing/exporting has really been refined in the last few versions, and sending to Camtasia is seamless. I highly recommend.

TextExpander
Super handy for pasting commonly used text, and it's fairly simple to create custom snippets and shortcuts. I use this for how-to content where many step sequences start the same and for URLs I commonly link to.
1Password
The best password manager I've used so far. When my company launched its own, I continued with 1Password; it was just easier to use.
