I am a technical recruiter with experience hiring diverse talents across borders. Currently, I am building The Intern Place (TiP), the leading internship talent community. I started building TiP over 2 years about based on my experience finding the right job to kick-start my career. In the midst of my struggle, I started working on TiP and volunteering as the same time. TiP has grown into a community of +200k members. I would like to see TiP becomes the trusted talent community where companies can find and hire candidates for their open positions with no stress.
