it's a good idea and definitely worth adding more AI as far as classifying the knowledge out there. However being commercial might make it hard to get consumers using it very frequently.

This is great. we had this pain when we wanted to open an account for our startup in the beginning. most of the big banks that we went to didn't really offer anything that we needed as an early stage startup.
