
I love this app and using it for 2 weeks now. It helped me start my meditation journey by giving step by step and day by day goals. It’s easy to use for meditation, Only limitation I see is instructions on how to use this app efficiently and effectively (a video can help). For example starting with meditation + yoga and how moving on a level up. I am struggling to understand activity routine and when to use body/mind and what we document in journal. (This is my limitation though but overwhelmed with app feature). It’s benefiting me
