Sean, you could call it that... that's why it's called XROS (pronounced "cross"). If you're a heavy Slack user, but still communicate out a lot via email - kill email completely and move your cross-company communications to channels as well.

We were approached by several companies, such as Freelance marketplaces - because XROS is ideal for freelancers, and what we are planning is to offer the service with integration to the partner (such as a bot in the channel), if you want to discuss further, Let's XROS - my email is ami.bendavid [at] gmail.com

Thanks @t55 for product hunting us, XROS is a messaging app for work. What's unique about it, is that it's optimized for external communication rather than in-team messaging like Slack and others. In practice, it means you can instantly create a Channel, with any group of people from any company - and get everyone on-board in seconds, without registrations, passwords or forced downloads. It's...

Hi PH, This is a hack for fellow Slack users out there. Do you ever get an email from the outside, that you wish to discuss internally? We added this to TL;DR Email, just go to any email, open the menu, tap Send to Slack, and choose Channel/Group >> and it's there, with it's attachments. Enjoy...

Hey Product Hunters, I'm Ami co-founder of TL;DR Email. TL;DR: We keep our emails short, because we have a life! People are fed up with endless emails. We are bombarded with messages on our mobile, and there's no reason email communication should look like 19th century letters, email should be about messaging, TL;DR email encourages people to get their main message across in under 30 words (the...

Hi Jack, and thanks. I hope you like the App overall. About Settings, in iOS 8, Apple moved the setting of specific apps to the OS Settings. So to control your Notifications and Signature just open the main iOS Settings app, scroll down to a list of all your apps - and enter TL;DR. In there you have great control over your notifications. For example you may want to silence them but keep the...

Update! so Steve, my developer tells me there's a hidden feature in the current version that allows you to change your signature. Go to the iOS settings, find the TL;DR app - and it's there.

Thanks Steve, we thought the Like would be a small feature, but actually it's one of the most used ones. On Signature, coming up in the next version.

No, we use Gmail's labels, so they place promos in the Promotions folder, Social in the social folder, Spam in the Spam folder etc. You can still find those in the menu - but the result is that your feed is MUCH cleaner then using the default Apple email app.
