I fervently desire the attention of the company's representatives to perceive my appraisal. The bottom line is that this brokerage organization shows commendable qualities in terms of regulation and terms of trade. But my dissatisfaction arises from the occasional long wait for a response from the customer service. This is probably the reason why the XS ratings aren’t so high yet.
