I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Coohom. Their support team is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered—unhelpful, disrespectful, and unresponsive. I reached out multiple times with a simple issue and received little to no assistance, only vague or dismissive responses. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. If you’re considering using their services, think twice. A lack of reliable support makes the platform nearly impossible to use effectively. I regret choosing Coohom and would not recommend them to anyone.
