Congrats on the launch team. A Small Suggestion: Personalize Rakun card needs based on audience (e.g., food needs in restaurants, personal needs in crowded places like cafe's and airports). Additionally, consider a multi-lingual voice feature to read needs aloud for travelers. :)

First, I would want to see if a particular SaaS product could improve the efficiency of my organizational process. When the efficiency is increased then the side effect I believe would be is to save time. :)

If I'm building functionalities for a dashboard in a SaaS tool, I find it convenient to use sidebar navigation. :)

Hi Lee, I think it all depends on the market condition of a particular startup. IMO, If the competition is high in the startup's target market then showing up a roadmap and building the product in public step by step will unlock traction like never before and I'm sure potential team members and investors would want to work with the founder to unleash the potential in the startup's idea.
