I had a great demo session with Pratik and explored how Tough Tongue AI can simulate difficult performance discussions and managerial conversations. The experience felt intuitive, realistic, and opened up so many possibilities for training managers and easing tough conversations around appraisals and promotions.
While I haven’t had the time to dive deeper yet, I’m definitely exploring how this can be integrated into our org’s learning and development framework.
