
SCAM ALERT!!!!
I am extremely upset with MY HQ app. I made a booking for a single day, paid in full, but they failed to provide the booking when I arrived. I waited for an agonizing 3 hours, seeking help from their support team, which was utterly useless. My team and I were forced to work from a cafe, and this experience was beyond frustrating. Their lack of professionalism is astounding, and what's worse, they won't even apologize or issue a refund. It's crystal clear that they have no intention of addressing their management issues or compensating for the immense inconvenience they caused.
