sometimes when I click on the link, it says link is unavailable. But when i tried it on different device at the same time, it is available. is it a bug too?

most of the time when the customers click the link I put on Lnky.in, they sent out to some random advertising so they couldn't see original link i put. is it a bug or an advertising strategy? I feel very uncomfortable of using it due too many complain using this web.
