Caveat emptor: “let the buyer beware”. I was one of the original Uteach “lifetimers” to whom they sold perpetual access. They backed out of it a year ago—no refunds, nothing. They just sent out an email saying they were canceling all lifetime deals. Why is this important? Because if you build a business around a platform, based on a promise, and they go back on one—they will go back on anything. Trust takes a lifetime to earn and seconds to destroy.

When I first got this, I will admit I got it because it was cheap but looked like it had potential. But after using it for about 6 months, it is one of the most clever tools I've found. If I need to do something "quick and dirty" to roll out a website component, this has all the tools built in to do it in about 5 minutes. So it literally saves me hours of effort each month. Kudos!

Nifty has, by far and away, the best user experience among the second-tier providers. It could be argued that they outperform many of the top-tier. The only downside to it is its price. If you can wait for them to put out a Lifetime Deal on one of the LTD platform, then this is absolutely the product you want.
