I’m building PawFlow: a self-hosted runtime for AI agents and executable flows. Most agent tools are black boxes. PawFlow is built around the opposite idea: agents, tools, files, relays, services, memory, conversations, and workflows should be visible, traceable, and composable. You can wire real infrastructure into flows, run multi-agent workflows, connect Telegram/web conversations, inspect live tool calls, debug provider behavior, and track token usage instead of guessing what happened.
