We are experiencing big problem with our Crickle account. Guests cannot connect.
Help button gives PERMANENT ERROR,
NOBODY answer the Chat under the excuse they are busy, so to reschedule and reschedule and reschedule. It is suddenly a nightmare.
What's the problem? Where are you guys?

This is a promising product and we adopted it!!
STORI roadmap is happening. Great feedback oriented company, a team approachable and willing to bringht in the Gen AI world. Focused, they want to help customers value in their branding efforts. Still lot of room to grow, and that's why we opted for it.
