About

I'm building HUQAN, a local-first, partial-trust governance and verification layer for AI-assisted work. It helps inspect evidence, provenance, workspace scope, policy, approval, and risk context before supported memory writes or selected agent actions become trusted state or real-world action. Solo founder and engineering-focused builder working on deterministic, auditable workflows around AI claims, memory, and agent actions. HUQAN is not an LLM or a universal truth engine; its goal is to make supported workflows more observable, reviewable, and accountable. Open-source core: https://github.com/ali-ulu/huqan

Huqan - A deterministic, local-first trust boundary for AI agents

Huqan is a deterministic, local-first governance and verification layer for AI-assisted work. It evaluates claims and selected agent actions against evidence, provenance, context, and policy; protects canonical memory from unsupported writes; routes risky operations through explicit approval paths; and records consequential decisions with inspectable Trust Receipts. Not an LLM or universal truth engine.

What is a the maintenance tools for AI Agents?

So, there obviously have been a lot of tools focused on building AI agents. Very few, however, are talking about what happens after you deploy them.

Coming from a software development background, this feels like the obvious next layer.

We have CI/CD, observability, testing, incident management, version control, and performance monitoring for traditional software.

What does that stack look like for AI agents?

Milestone: Visby is now an OpenAI Select Partner

Big update from the Visby side: we've been named an OpenAI Select Partner.

We started Visby to help brands understand and improve how they show up across AI search engines.

Getting recognized directly by OpenAI is a huge validation of that mission, and it puts us in a much stronger position to keep building for it.
