I’m building a freelancing tool — what would you want it to do really well?

I ve been working on Ativium Freelancing, and the more I talk to freelancers, the more I realize everyone s workflow is different.

So I m curious:
If you could shape a new freelancing tool from scratch, what s the core thing you d want it to nail perfectly?
Projects? Payments? Client communication? Analytics?

Your input genuinely helps shape the product.

What features do you actually use in freelancing apps?

Most apps have long feature lists, but freelancers usually stick to 2 3 things that really matter. I m trying to get a clearer picture as I build Ativium Freelancing.

What do you personally rely on the most?
Tasks? Invoicing? Client notes? Something else?

Trying to build something practical, not bloated would love your perspective.

Do you use multiple tools for freelancing, or prefer everything in one place?

Some freelancers love having a separate tool for each thing. Others just want one platform that keeps clients, projects, tasks, and payments together.

I m building Ativium Freelancing, and I m trying to understand which direction makes more sense for real users simple & focused or all-in-one.

How do you feel about it?
Does all-in-one help or overwhelm?

Freelancers: what’s the most annoying part of your work process?

Every freelancer I talk to struggles with something different client management, invoicing, keeping track of tasks, or just staying organized day to day.

I m working on Ativium Freelancing, and I m trying to make something that actually solves the daily friction freelancers feel.

So I m curious:
-What s the one thing you d fix instantly if you could?

-Really appreciate any insights.

What do you actually use to manage your freelancing workflow?

I m curious how other freelancers keep everything organized clients, tasks, invoices, follow-ups, all that chaos.

I ve been building Ativium Freelancing, a tool that tries to bring all of this into one clean dashboard, but I d love to understand what you rely on today.

-What s working for you?
-What s still messy?
-And what do you wish existed?
