What needs improvement
However, after signing up I was asked to pay €200 without a clear explanation of what the fee covers.
It would really help future users if the onboarding process explained this step transparently — whether it’s for activation, support, or access to certain features. Or to make test.
A bit more clarity here would make adoption much smoother and build trust right away. Good luck!
