What sold me:
It actually keeps working when internet goes down (saved our butts twice during outages)

Not gonna lie, there's a learning curve at first - lots of options to figure out. And the docs could definitely be better for some of the advanced stuff.
But once you get the hang of it, it's super quick to scale. We went from one warehouse to five in about a week.
If you're tired of IoT solutions that work great in demos but fall apart in the real world, give this a shot. First platform that lets me focus on improving our warehouse operations instead of babysitting the tech.
