It's got a massive catalogue, and the auto-play recommendations tend to be things I like, making it easy to discover new artists - it's easy to access all of an artist's music as well so you can fairly quickly find a load of new music from new artists. It's also got great radio shows and playlists
It's easy to find email addresses and make detailed email chains and is priced in line with comparable products. I like the interface too. The downside is that it's email-only, so if you're looking at multi channel approaches then you'll need other tools too
