Deel has made it so easy to hire workers in countries all over the world. With the way they have streamlined the hiring and payment processes, there is very little worry about how to pay workers for their efforts or how often to do. All this can be set up when you create a contract with them. I do wish there were real-time updates on the system, though. Their Support team has been super helpful and knowledgable but it can be quite time-consuming, especially for businesses, to have to start a chat or send an email and wait for a response just to get an update on an existing issue. All in all though, for such a young company, I have been quite pleased with my experiences so far. I can tell that they are working to continuously improve their services. - Alexandra J
