An interesting SaaS tool for hiring staff. I tried to create my own vacancy on the service by my job description. The tool created a smart interview based on my description. And then the most interesting part. Tool Interviewed me as well as a real HR or hiring manager. Tool suggested that I focus on my past experiences. And like icing on the cake, it gave feedback on my strengths and weaknesses. You rarely see this in real life. I am sure that the instrument has a great future!
